According to the general objective of the research, it was to identify the relationship between occupational risk management and job performance in the employees of Servitopkim SAC, 2021. The research is located in the quantitative approach, it is applied and cross-sectional. Bearing in mind that the study corresponds to the non-experimental type, with a descriptive correlational design. The sample consisted of 30 employees of the company under study. The results found indicate that 43.33% of the collaborators indicated that the level of the Occupational Risk Management variable is good, 53.34% indicated that the level is regular and 3.33% indicated that the level is bad.
