Method: A case-control study (longitudinal, retrospective, observational) will be carried out with indirect risk calculation for the different variables, using the clinical history of all post-operated tympanoplasty patients during the 2013-2019 period in the Hospital's Otolaryngology Service - Victor Lazarte Echegaray. |

Antecedentes: La Otitis Media Crónica (OMC) es uno de los padecimientos infecciosos otológicos más frecuente del medio, siendo su tratamiento quirúrgico, dependiendo de la magnitud de las lesiones éste podrá ser más conservador o ser más agresivo por lo que la identificación de los posibles factores que puedan influir en el resultado operatorio es esencial.
