The purpose of the research is to apply the teaching model based on the approach of the new school of pedagogia Humanista to improve the training of the capabilities of the English area in the students of the institucion educativa "Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre" Roma - Ascope – La Libertad, 2010. Worked with a universe of 191 pupils of which randomly sample from a total of 76 students took integrated the experimental group. As final and initial measuring instruments were applied the pre-test and post-test, during the I semester consisting of the two months I and II Bimestre executed twelve training sessions developed in interactive classes with a total of 48 horas pedagogicas After applied the model to the students who integrated the experimental group; It is concluded that the teaching model based on the approach of the Escuela Nueva and Pedagogia Humanista, significantly improved the development of the capacities of the English area.
