El tipo de investigación es básica y cualitativo según su carácter, el método es descriptiva, nivel descriptivo y diseño descriptivo simple. La técnica fue la observación y el instrumento fue la ficha de análisis. Conclusión: Las características que presenta la planificación curricular del docente, en la educación intercultural bilingüe en San Martin de Pangoa: a) Son diversas, b) No se ajustan a las normativas vigentes, c) No cuenta con un enfoque intercultural bilingüe y d) Descontextualizados, por diferentes factores como el desconocimiento del marco del buen desempeño docente, el contexto, el idioma, etc.
