La muestra estuvo conformada por 68 docentes de los niveles de educación inicial, educación primaria y educación secundaria. El instrumento utilizado fue Escala de Resiliencia Docente (ER-D) de Guerra, 2013. Los resultados mostraron que en la variable global y en las dimensiones: participación significativa, conducta prosocial y autoestima y aprendizaje prevalece el nivel medio, en cuanto a la dimensión percepción de apoyo predomina el nivel alto con un 63.2%. Se llegó a la conclusión que en los docentes de estas tres instituciones educativas prevalece el nivel medio de resiliencia.

The research had a descriptive, quantitative methodology and a simple descriptive non-experimental design. The sample was made up of 68 teachers from the initial education, primary education and secondary education levels. The instrument used was the Teaching Resilience Scale (ER-D) from Guerra, 2013. The results showed that in the global variable and in the dimensions: significant participation, prosocial behavior and self-esteem and learning, the medium level prevails, in terms of the dimension Perception of support predominates at the high level with 63.2%.
