Se trabajó con 21 instrumentos, utilizados en tesis y publicadas en el Registro Nacional de Trabajos de Investigación (RENATI) desde el 2010 hasta el 2020. En esta investigación se obtuvo como resultado que se cuenta más con instrumentos sin validez, confiabilidad y fundamento teórico, y pocos con ello, por lo que se requiere mayor estudio para contar con instrumentos que arrojen resultados reales y fiables al medir la expresión oral.

The objective was to study the characteristics of these instruments such as validity, reliability and theoretical foundation. The design was documentary because an analysis of the oral expression assessment instruments was carried out, using content analysis techniques. The population was 21 instruments, used in theses and published in Registro Nacional de Trabajos de Investigación (RENATI) from 2010 to 2020.
