Así mismo se presentan los principales lineamientos teóricos de las estrategias de organización según la posición de varios autores, y damos a conocer las definiciones de organización como una disposición, arreglo, orden de los elementos o parte de un todo; donde las conceptualizamos como entidad y como actividad; la organización formal entendida como un organización planeada, el análisis Foda de una institución analizando su visión, misión y sus objetivos propuestos como parte de sus estrategias de organización.
