La población estará conformada por 27 enfermeras del servicio de emergencia del hospital. Para la primera variable se utilizará el cuestionario de desempeño laboral” creado por Elera A. y Gálvez J. en el año 2016. Para la segunda variable se empleará el cuestionario IDARE. Instrumento creado por Spielberger, Gorsuch y Lushene en 1970.
