description Objetivo: identificar el nivel de conocimiento que tienen los enfermeros en relación a sedoanalgesia en pacientes con ventilación mecánica en UCI en el Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima Perú 2023. Material y método: diseño no experimental, transversal exploratorio, descriptivo enfoque cuantitativo, la población fue de 40 enfermeras (os), con la técnica de entrevista se entregará un cuestionario que nos permitirá obtener información, previa firma del consentimiento informado. Para la variable nivel de conocimiento se empleará el instrumento validado por Alayo et Al (2018), con una confiablidad de 0.86. Resultados: la información obtenida será procesada, codificada e ingresada a la base de datos Excel que posteriormente será procesado con el programa SPSS versión 25. Conclusiones: la investigación aportara datos actualizados del conocimiento de sedoanalgesia que presenta el personal de enfermería en pacientes con ventilación mecánica de las unidades de cuidados intensivos, previniendo así, complicaciones sobre el estado de salud del paciente.
