description Objetivo: determinar el nivel de accidentes laborales y aplicación de medidas de bioseguridad en personal de centro quirúrgico Clínica Carita Feliz, 2023. Materiales y Métodos: enfoque cuantitativo, en cuanto el diseño metodológico es una investigación no experimental, descriptiva y de corte transversal. El presente estudio se trabajará con una población total de 25 profesionales de enfermería que labora en centro quirúrgico Clínica Carita Feliz, 2023. La técnica que se está utilizando para esta investigación es una encuesta, y el instrumento de la variable accidentes laborales con 24 ítems agrupados en 4 dimensiones: Accidentes laborales biológicos, físicos, psicosociales y ergonómicos con 5, 6, 6 y 7 ítems respectivamente. Asimismo, para la variable aplicación de medidas de bioseguridad se tiene 26 ítems organizados en 3 dimensiones: precauciones universales, limpieza y desinfección de equipos y manejo de residuos intrahospitalarios con 12, 8 y 6 ítems respectivamente”. Resultado: los resultados serán presentados en tablas y gráficos estadísticos que expresen la descripción y correlación de las variables. Conclusiones: la investigación brindará información sobre los objetivos planteados en la investigación.

Materials and Methods: quantitative approach, in that the methodological design is a non experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional research. The present study will be worked with a total population of 25 nursing professionals who work at the Clínica Carita Feliz surgical center, 2023. The technique that is being used for this research is a survey, and the instrument of the variable work accidents with 24 grouped items in 4 dimensions: Biological, physical, psychosocial and ergonomic work accidents with 5, 6.6 and 7 items respectively. Likewise, for the variable application of biosafety measures there are 26 items organized in 3 dimensions: Universal precautions, cleaning and disinfection of equipment and management of intra-hospital waste with 12, 8 and 6 items respectively. Result: the results will be presented in statistical tables and graphs that express the description and correlation of the variables.
