description La presente investigación planteó como objetivo general establecer cuál es la relación entre la motivación y la calidad de atención en farmacia a los pacientes de un hospital nivel III, Lima 2023. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 286 pacientes de un hospital nivel III, a quienes se les aplicó cuestionarios con la escala de Likert, los resultados producto del análisis realizado indican que el valor del coeficiente de correlación es de 0,980, se interpreta que la correlación es significativa en el nivel 0,01 (bilateral), la cual presenta una confiabilidad del 99,0% y un error de 1,00% por ambas colas, así mismo el valor de 0,980 está en el rango de (0,81 y 1,00), Se concluye que la motivación presenta una muy alta relación con la calidad de atención en farmacia a los pacientes de un hospital nivel III, Lima 2023.
