Con una muestra de 55 servidores civiles de una Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local en Trujillo. La técnica de investigación es la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario, validado por el juicio de expertos. Los resultados encontrados son: existe una directa relación entre el gobierno digital con el síndrome de burnout en los servidores civiles de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local, al aplicarse coeficiente de Correlación de Pearson con un valor de ,639. El 60 % consideran que el nivel de Síndrome de Burnout es alto. Así mismo, respecto a la variable gobierno digital el 54% consideran que se encuentra en un nivel alto afirmando el incremento de la comunicación e interacción por el medio digital. Se concluye Se concluye que el Gobierno Digital influye directa y significativamente en el síndrome de burnout en los servidores civiles de una Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local.
