description Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de la inteligencia emocional docente del nivel inicial frente al aislamiento social, Lima 2021; se utilizó el paradigma positivista, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica con un nivel descriptivo y con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, la población fueron los docentes de Lima en plataformas virtuales, la muestra estuvo conformada por 202 docentes del nivel inicial, la técnica utilizada fue la observación y el instrumento la lista de cotejo para la medición de la variable, el cual fue validado a través de juicio de expertos se obtuvo como dictamen que es aplicable y su confiabilidad fue tomada de la prueba piloto que arrojó como fiabilidad (alfa de Cronbach ,997) lo cual los datos obtenidos fueron procesados en el programa SPSS, se obtuvo como resultados 79,2 % tiene nivel bajo, 13,4 % nivel alto y 7,4 % en el nivel medio. Se concluyó que predomina el nivel bajo de inteligencia emocional en las docentes de nivel inicial frente al aislamiento social Lima 2021.
