El método que se utilizó fue de un enfoque cuantitativo aplicado, con un diseño pre-experimental y experimental. Se aplicó un cuestionario a 30 madres de familia del Centro poblado, antes y después de ejecutar el programa educativo. Obteniendo como resultados que en el pretest el 53% de las madres de familia se encontraban en el nivel regular, 30% en el nivel deficiente y 17% en el nivel suficiente. Mientras que, en el postest, el 53% de las madres se encontraban en el nivel suficiente, 47% en el nivel regular y 0% en el nivel deficiente. En conclusión, podemos afirmar que el programa educativo “Todos contra el dengue” fue efectivo en base a un “Wilcoxon” con un valor de p=0.000.
