La muestra se conformó por 45 docentes, aplicándose la técnica de encuestas y los cuestionarios como instrumentos, los cuales fueron previamente sometidos a pruebas de validez mediante el juicio de experto y pruebas de confiabilidad mediante Alpha de Cronbach, donde se obtuvieron los valores de 0,952 en el cuestionario de clima institucional y 0,973 en el de desempeño docente. Hallando que no existe relación significativa entre clima institucional y desempeño docente en el nivel secundario de Instituciones Educativas Públicas de Purús-Ucayali, 2022 (α=0.05; sig. bil. =0.203; rs=0.193).
