Sumario:ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to determine if the application of the Institutional Climate Program influences the improvement of the teaching performance of the Educational Institution N ° 80521 of Santiago de Chuco, 2014. The pre - experimental design was used with a single group: pretest - posttest, which was applied as a questionnaire instrument with Likert type response to 35 teachers, to know their opinion about their work performance. For the organization and analysis of the information, descriptive statistics were applied such as the distribution of frequencies, graphs, arithmetic mean and for the test of the hypothesis the student's "t" test was applied for related samples. It was found that the teaching performance at a global level was at a low level of 43% according to pretest and a high level of 63% according to posttest. It also had highly significant differences with p = 0 <0.05 and a value of t = 11,151. Comparatively, the dimension that has had a greater influence of the Institutional Climate Program are the "interpersonal relationships and the" emotionality ", with an increase of 66% and 50% respectively. It is concluded that the application of the institutional climate program has a significant influence on the teaching performance of Educational Institution N ° 80521 of Santiago de Chuco, 2014.
