La muestra estuvo compuesta por 33 colaboradores de la empresa de Telecomunicaciones Cobra Perú S.A.C, en el que se aplicó un cuestionario de 24 preguntas formado por las dos variables y sus respectivas dimensiones. Se obtuvo como resultado con una confiabilidad según alfa de Cronbach de ,798 siendo una prueba muy respetable para la variable Productividad Laboral y alfa de Cronbach de ,730 para la variable Engagement siendo una prueba respetable. El coeficiente de correlación (0.641) es positiva moderada siendo significativa (Sig=0.000<p=0.05). Se concluye que ambas variables Productividad Laboral y Engagement tiene correlación y se acepta la hipótesis altera y se rechaza la hipótesis nula.
