La metodología fue básica, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal, con una muestra de 104 enfermeros de la unidad de cuidados intensivos, a quienes se aplicó el instrumento de condiciones laborales que consto de 18 preguntas y el instrumento UWES UTRECH con 17 preguntas. El resultado fue que existe relación entre la variable condiciones laborales y Engagement (p-valor 0.001<0.05), con una fuerza de relación de 0.29, siendo positiva baja, es decir a mayores condiciones laborales mayor engagement, al estar estas variables relacionadas se estableció en la prueba de hipótesis.
