La muestra estuvo compuesta por 66 miembros del personal del centro comunitario de salud mental. Se utilizó el software estadístico SPSS y la Rho de Spearman para determinar si existe o no relación. Los resultados arrojaron que R=0,725 y la significancia fue 0,000, por lo que se puede concluir que el síndrome de burnout y los factores de riesgo psicosocial están relacionados significativamente en este estudio.
