Se realizó con un enfoque cuantitativo, un diseño descriptivo-explicativo, correlacional y una muestra conformada por 120 docentes de educación básica. Los resultados revelaron que existe una correlación positiva entre ambas variables y por lo tanto, las instituciones deben enfocarse en la adquisición de conocimientos, habilidades, perspectivas y prácticas que les permitan enfrentar y adaptarse a los cambios de su entorno, así como mejorar su desempeño. el largo del tiempo. tiempo.
