NIVEL DE DESEMPEÑO DEL DOCENTE EN UNA ESCUELA DE SALUD, 2016

RESUMENLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de desempeño docente en una escuela de salud, 2016. Se realizó un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal. El instrumento utilizado es una escala de valoración tipo Likert diseñado por la Universidad Señor de Sipán,  la técnica empleada fue la encuesta. La muestra constó de 193 alumnos de I a X ciclo, seleccionados de manera aleatoria. Se realizó dos calificaciones; para el docente principal para el docente responsable de la práctica según la malla curricular. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que el nivel de desempeño docente en la Escuela de Estomatología de la Universidad de Sipán se encuentra en excelente con un 75.7%, seguido del nivel bueno con 20% y solo un 2.1% con nivel malo.Palabras clave: Docentes, evaluación educacional, rendimiento laboral (Fuente: DeCS BIREME) ABSTRACTThe objective of this research was to determine the level of teaching performance in the Stomatology School of the Universidad Señor de Sipán, 2016. A study was carried out with a quantitative, non-experimental design, descriptive and cross-sectional approach. The instrument used is a Likert rating scale designed by the Universidad Señor de Sipán, the technique used was the survey. The sample consisted of 193 students from I to X cycle, randomly selected. Two ratings were made; for the main teacher for the teacher responsible for the practice according to the curriculum.
