Sumario:This current business plan has as main goal to determine the viability of opening the shop located in the mall “Centro comercial Plaza Norte” positioning our brand in the mind of the consumers. This will be possible thanks to two distinctive factors: our home- made taste and quick service. In order to get that, we have made three (3) chapters that describe all the aspects to be considered to get these goals. In the first chapter we give the definition of our service, the value chain, and we also make a detailed analysis of the environment, as well as define the mission, vision, strategic goals, strategies to be used and a FODA analysis. The second chapter covers the market research, where 195 people were surveyed in order to know their preferences and if they are willing to accept our proposal, getting to know our market, the estimation of our demand and our competition. Third chapter includes three subchapters: a) commercialization activities, b) operational activities, meaning everything related to production and logistics, processes, quality and production capacity, c) organizational structure, meaning human resources management, legal and fiscal aspects. Finally, in the fourth chapter we have made the economic and financial evaluation of the business for a period of 5 years, identifying our first investment and its financing, as well as the analysis of different financial instruments to determine the viability. We have finished this chapter with an analysis of sensitivity.
