Objetivo: Describir las intervenciones no farmacológicas de enfermería en el manejo del dolor postoperatorio. Metodología: Revisión bibliográfica, descriptivo, retrospectivo. Resultados: se incluyeron en el estudio un total de 23 artículos de revistas de enfermería indexadas de la base de datos científicos como Pubmed, Elsevier, Bvs, Scielo, Redalyc, Unsis y Permanyer, con una antigüedad entre el 2018 y 2023, siguiendo los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Conclusión: En cuanto a las intervenciones de enfermería se encontraron diferentes intervenciones no farmacológicas como la musicoterapia, aromaterapia, masajes, confort, acupresión y termoterapia siendo las más resaltantes la musicoterapia con un 30 %, aromaterapia con un 22% y masajes con un 17%.

Objective: Describe non-pharmacological nursing interventions in the management of postoperative pain. Methodology: Bibliographic review, descriptive, retrospective.
