The purpose of this research is to provide a broader overview of the mental health situation of basic education teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic and try to propose some alternative solutions, including enhancing coping skills and improving remote workplace dynamics La pandemia provocada por el nuevo coronavirus (COVID-19) ha generado un cambio radical en la metodología de enseñanza en docentes de educación básica, ellos se han vuelto posibles víctimas del síndrome de Burnout, debido a la sobrecarga de funciones. Este artículo busca hacer una revisión de esta realidad en la literatura actual, aunque el número de artículos que abarquen el tema sea limitado.
