The pandemic caused by the new coronavirus (COVID-19) has generated a radical change in the teaching method of basic education teachers, as they have become possible victims of the Burnout syndrome due to the overload of functions. This article aims to review this reality in the current literature, although the number of articles on the subject is limited. The purpose of this research is to provide a broader overview of the mental health situation of basic education teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic and try to propose some alternative solutions, including enhancing coping skills and improving remote workplace dynamics

El objetivo de este estudio es analizar el vínculo entre los estilos de socialización parental (ESP) y la salud mental positiva (SMP). Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la escala de socialización parental (ESPA 29) de Musitu y García y el cuestionario de salud mental positiva (PMHQ) de Lluch. La muestra consistió en 147 escolares de entre 13 y 18 años. Los datos mostraron que el estilo parental autorizativo se asoció con mejores niveles de satisfacción, autonomía, solución de problemas y SMP. El estilo indulgente se asoció con mejores niveles de satisfacción, actitud prosocial, solución de problemas y SMP. Por otro lado, los estilos de crianza autoritarios y negligentes resultaron ser más nocivos para la SMP.
