Desde tiempos antiguos, las personas han buscado formas de ocupar el tiempo libre mediante juegos. El juego siendo una actividad divertida y reveladora promueve el desarrollo personal al exponer virtudes y defectos, además facilita el reconocimiento de derechos, deberes y valores, entre ellos la tolerancia, verdad, justicia y libertad. En esta investigación revisamos cómo el juego influye en el aprendizaje y la convivencia escolar, sustentada con el aporte teórico de diferentes autores. Se enfatiza la introducción del juego en el aula y su conexión con el aprendizaje, destacando su impacto en la convivencia escolar. Con este trabajo pretendemos brindar métodos más dinámicos que les sirva a los maestros para enseñar y al mismo tiempo fortalecer la identidad cultural de los estudiantes. Para lograr un aprendizaje más significativo y enriquecedor, la educación requiere de docentes creativos.
