La presente investigación tuvo como principal objetivo, elaborar un Proyecto de Aprendizaje que incorpore los Saberes ancestrales del Teñido con Plantas Tintóreas, en el proceso educativo de los niños y niñas de Educación Inicial. En este marco, la investigación pertenece al enfoque Cualitativo, es de tipo Descriptiva, con diseño Investigación - Acción. Para ello se aplicaron las técnicas de Entrevista, Observacion Participante y revisión documental, y como instrumentos, se aplicaron guías de entrevista y guías de observación. El contexto de aplicación fue la I.E.I. Nº 210 localizado en el distrito San Jerónimo, Provincia Cusco y la población participante fueron: los niños y niñas del aula de 5 años, junto a su docente, además de 2 sabias del teñido. Los resultados reflejaron que las secuencias, materiales y actividades, en torno a los saberes del teñido con plantas, durante la aplicación de las 10 sesiones del proyecto; fueron adecuadas, para vincular a los niños con este saber y a la vez, desarrollaran diversos aprendizajes curriculares. Se concluye que, es posible incorporar los saberes del teñido con plantas tintóreas en el proceso educativo de los niños y niñas de 5 años, a través de un proyecto de aprendizaje y que a la vez cumpla con los lineamientos establecidos. |

Within this framework, the research belongs to the Qualitative approach, is descriptive in nature, and uses an action research design. To this end, interview techniques, participant observation, and document review were applied, as well as interview guides and observation guides as instruments. The context of application was I.E.I. No. 210 located in San Jerónimo district in Cusco Province, and the participant panel was made of the 5 year old children’s classroom, together with the classroom teacher, as well as two dyeing experts. The main results showed that the sequences, materials, and activities proposed around the knowledge of dyeing with dye plants during the 10 sessions of the project were adequate for connecting the children with this ancient wisdom, simultaneously, developing various curricular learning outcomes. The study determined it is possible to incorporate the ancestral knowledge of dyeing with dye plants into the educational process of the five years kids through a learning Project, aligned with curricular requirements.
