The design of the research project is descriptive-comparative, the sample is 606 students and 70 teachers, all of them come from public high schools. The results establish meaningful differences in the perception of predicting factors of intimidation among coetaneans according to the role: teachers and students, from the perspective of genre, meaningful differences in the personal and family factor were found and no differences were found in the socio-educative factor.La intimidación entre iguales es una problemática compleja que comprende no solo a los protagonistas directos que son los alumnos, sino también a los docentes que interactúan permanentemente en las aulas y el centro educativo. Los objetivos planteados están orientados a identificar los factores predictores de la intimidación entre iguales, percibidos desde los diferentes roles desempeñados (docente, alumno), comparar la percepción de factores personales, familiares y socioeducativos de la intimidación en estudiantes y profesores de diferente género. El diseño de investigación es descriptivo comparativo, la muestra de estudiantes es de 606 y la de docentes 70, todos ellos provenientes de centros educativos estatales.
