The purpose of this research was to analyze and explain the organization's ethical values based on ethical business models and legal requirements to present a model to the Kerman Tax Administration (Iran). The present investigation is descriptive and exploratory, and of a combined type (quantitative, qualitative). Therefore, the orientation of this research was first to determine and identify the components of the organization's ethical values, in addition to reviewing the literature and the research background. The exploratory qualitative sampling method and the sample size due to access limitations are considered for this stage 11 people. Introduction: the change in the learning environment, from face-to-face to online, caused by the SARS-COV2 coronavirus pandemic in the Singapore university environment had an impact on academic performance, teacher assessment and student-teacher interaction. Objective: to evaluate the impact of the change in the learning environment on academic performance, teacher assessment and student-teacher interaction. Method: the grades and evaluation surveys of 282 students from two cohorts who studied in 2020 were compared consecutively face-to-face and online university training. Mapping the multidimensional impact of learner attributes on behavior demonstrates the importance of models in learning. To this purpose, we examined the correlations between strategies and student characteristics and utilized regression analysis to determine how learner attributes affect strategy selection. A cross-sectional study of 258 students demonstrated widespread strategy use, as well as statistically significant connections within and between the Strategy Inventory for Language Learning and Student Characteristics of Learning measures.
