This article proposes that judicial performance revalidation be eliminated from the Peruvian Constitution because it violates the principle of judicial independence and an individual’s right to be judged according to the law. The author sustains that it is a problematic and unreasonable institution. In the article, the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Tribunal is reviewed, since over the course of more than twenty years it has varied with respect to the legal nature of the judicial performance revalidation process, the rights of magistrates subjected to that process and the legal consequences in the judicial career of the decision against judicial performance revalidation. This research was carried out with the objective of determining the quality of water for human consumption in Ciudad Universitaria - Universidad Nacional de Trujillo during the year 2019. The quality parameters established in the Water Quality Regulation for Human Consumption were analyzed, in water samples taken from six central points: 5 coffee shops and a tubular well, on 6 different occasions, taking as a guide the “Protocol of procedures for sampling, preservation, conservation, transport, storage and reception of water for human consumption”. La hemorragia obstétrica es considerada una de las tres principales causas de mortalidad materna. Esta puede ser secundaria por causas como la placenta previa, la cual se define como aquella que se presenta por delante de la presentación fetal o que cubre el orificio cervical después de las 20 semanas de gestación. La incidencia de esta entidad a nivel mundial se registra en 0,6 %. En China, se reporta un aumento de 0,93-2,01 % probablemente debido al aumento de la prevalencia de factores de riesgo, tales como antecedente de aborto, edad materna avanzada, cesáreas previas, legrados y multiparidad. El Perú no está exento de estos factores, ya que las tasas de cesáreas y abortos han ido en aumento.
