La tesis tiene como objetivo servir de base para la elaboración de una teoría del control directivo que se fundamente en una concepción de la persona humana que se ajuste a una visión trascendente: un ser libre, único, irrepetible, con intimidad y al mismo tiempo con apertura irrestricta. De allí que este documento termine esbozando premisas de una teoría del control directivo centrada en la persona humana.
