The principal aim of the model was to raise the quality of dental care through comprehensive measures for promotion, prevention and healing in the community. A survey was performed which objective was to evaluate the oral hygiene habits among students from the Educational Institution (IE) No. 5130 at Pachacútec, Ventanilla, El Callao. The entire population was taken (225 children) who were 6, 12 and 15 years old. The results showed that 21.3% and 46.7% of the children brush their teeth once a day and more than once a day, respectively; 10.7% of them never brushes their teeth and 20% practices it sometimes. 34.7% of them has visited the dentist in the last six months, while 9.3% did it between the last six months to a year, and 26.7% has never gone to the dentist. 18.7% has done fluoride mouthwashing during two or more years, 9.3% has done fluoride mouthwashing just during one year, and 72.0% has never done fluoride mouthwashing at the Educational Institution. Righty nine samples were analyzed. As control group 25 students aged 20 to 25 years old from the School of Dentistry were selected. We olso studied 44 patients with HIV-AIDS and tuberculosis, 24 patients only with HIV-AIDS, and 10 subjects aged ears old as control group. The average value of salivary proteasa activity in the control group was 0.067 / 18 horas , and we faund that the highest value and the lowest value were 0.084 and 0.045, respectively. In regards to servan proteasa in the 10 subjects used as control (suject.v without HIV-AIDS and tuberculosis), the highest value of proteasa activity was 0.092, the lowest value of proteasa activity was 0.067, and the avarage value of proteasa activity was 0.078118 horas of enzimic work. Se analizaron 89 muestras de las cuales 25 alumnos, de 20 a 25 años de la Facultad de Odontología seleccionados como grupo control. 44 pacientes con HIV/SIDA, TBC, 24 pacientes con HIVISIDA, 10 personas de 24 a 45, años de edad como grupo control. La actividad de la proteasa salival en el control, arrojó como promedio 0.067 (absorvencia), siendo la mayor lectura 0.084, la menor actividad 0.045. En cuanto a la proteasasa sérica en 10 personas (sin HIV/SIDA TBC). arrojó mayor actividad 0.092 y menor actividad 0.067 como promedio 0.078 (,abs.). La tuberculosis y la candidiasis evolucionan frondosamente en forma simbiótica, siendo desplazadas otras enfermedades oportunistas (Sarcoma de Kaposi), observándose disminución progresiva del flujo saliva como constante inhibición del proceso carioso, periodontales (simple gingivitis).
