En el presente ensayo se brinda información histórica (1950-2017) sobre el financiamiento público de la educación. A partir de ello se identifica tres momentos: un primer período de expansión del gasto, que coincide con un crecimiento general de la acción estatal desde los años 50 hasta inicios de los años 70 y de expansión de la matrícula que, en el caso de la secundaria, era particularmente limitada a una élite reducida del país; un segundo período de entre tres y cuatro décadas caracterizado por un exiguo financiamiento público, coincidente con una profunda crisis nacional, y la expansión masiva del sistema educativo en un contexto de crecimiento demográfico; y un período de recuperación de los niveles de inversión pública por estudiante, que se inicia a mediados de la primera década de este siglo y que se asocia a la expansión económica. The present study had as its main objective the elaboration of norms for the population of the city of Lima, with the Domino's Test. The variables taken into consideration are age, sex and leve! of instruction. The results make evident the significative differences existing according to the level if instruction. This must be considered as a fundamental variable in the elaboration of norms in our milieu.

The present study explores the relation between age, sex and socio-economical level in 1,019 children from 5 years to 1 O years, 11 months with the Bender Gestalt Test, using the Kippitz Developmental Scoring System. No significant differences were found according to sex or socio-economical level. Comparing the results with those of Koppitz, significant differences were found in 8 of the 12 groups studied. It was also found that the test is only developmental untill 9 years, just as Taylor & als. results.
