They conducted a study to determine whether the motivation and leadership are related to job performance in a service company of Lima. It was felt that the independent variables were the motivation and leadership. The dependent variable was job performance. For the measurement of the relevant variables, we applied the Motivation Questionnaire Sudarsky and Cleves (2000) that measures three types of motivation (achievement motivation, affiliation motivation and power motivation). The results of this research reveal that exist a medium correspondence among the environment of labor occupation defined by the university through its studies plans, and the level of employability and occupation of our graduates in the labor market. Such affirmation is corroborated when 53% of the polled declared that the know-how given in the University served a little or moderately for their optimum labor performance. The results of the present investigation reveal the strategies that should be used to motivate the worker average in assistance institutions of the Sector Health. These they are related with the satisfaction of training necessities, promotion and ascents, and institutional recognition to the developed work. This research aims to reveal the existence of additional cost in air cargo services affecting the competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises in metropolitan Lima. The investigation reached a descriptive and correlational level, based on surveys of a sample of 119 individuals out of a population of 300 heads of foreign trade in Metropolitan Lima, who work in these businesses.
