The Chilean Consumer Protection Law does not mention sustainable consumption as an explicit principle. In this context, the objective of this work lies in investigating its possible validity as a general principle of consumer law in Chile. The research managed to prove the initial hypothesis that postulated the legal effectiveness of sustainable consumption as a general principle of consumer law. In fact, from the use of the dogmatic methodology, it was concluded that its validity can also be derived from a harmonious and systematic interpretation of the principles and rules that the Chilean legal system actually contains. Specifically, the normative effectiveness of sustainable consumption can be derived from two ways within the techniques of legal positivism. The article analyzed the regulation of the unilateral termination of the contract in Chilean Consumer Law, reaching the conclusion that its treatment is fragmentary and inorganic. However, unilateral termination is regulated whether it is based on the law or based on the contract. In the first case, it is granted solely and imperatively to the consumer, as a weak subject of the consumer relationship, under the figures of retract and withdrawal. There are, however, important differences between one and the other, linked to the eventual validity of an expiration period, the way in which it operates and its scope of application. The unilateral withdrawal enshrined by the pact is considered illicit if it is established exclusively in favor of the entrepreneur and lawful if its beneficiary is the consumer. This paper refers to the historical evolution of the favor debilis principle from the Roman Law until our days. In this way, it begins with an examination of the favor libertatis principle and its incidence on the debtor’s responsibility, as well as the contractual interpretation in Ancient Rome. Subsequently, it refers to the incidence of Christianity in the moralization of the obligation. Then, the text refers to the persistence of the favor debilis under the modern model based on the conception of a free man that is able to protect its rights. Finally, its persistence in postmodernity is analyzed, which suggests changes in the law of obligations and contracts, which proposes also a new moralization of the contract, but sustained this time in the fundamental rights, as well as a renewed anthropocentric vision. As the principle of safety is an informing guideline in the Consumer Protection Law, this text reviews its concretization in the rights, duties and good practices that take place with regard to consumer care in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. With that objective, it begins with an approach to the pandemic and its main characteristics. Subsequently, the safety principle is explained in relation to three aspects: The consumer’s personal and patrimonial integrity, and its main characteristics; its scope in the Chilean consumer protection system; and the notion of vulnerable consumer as an adequacy criterion. This topic is then explained in a general way and with regard to remote and face-to-face market. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la influencia del program de técnicas de relajación ante la vulnerabilidad al estrés en internas del Establecimient Penitenciario Moyobamba 2019, esta tesis se enmarcada en las teorías de dos autore principales; para el programa de técnicas de relajación tenemos a Moreno (2015), y para l vulnerabilidad al estrés; nos sostenemos en la teoría de Zaldívar (2016). Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el ausentismo laboral y la productividad en enfermeros del área de emergencia de un hospital de Lima, 2023. Metodología: Se empleó el método hipotético deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Se contó con una población de 130 enfermeros asistenciales, se utilizó la técnica de muestreo aleatorio simple y la muestra fue de 98 enfermeras del área de emergencia a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos validados por juicio de expertos con valores confiables: Alfa de Cronbach=0.77 para el cuestionario de ausentismo y KR20=0,79 para el cuestionario de productividad. Resultados: Con un p valor (sig. = 0,000) es inferior a 0,05 respalda la conclusión de que si hay evidencia suficiente para rechazar la hipótesis nula. Esta Tesis pretende conocer la existencia o ausencia de criterios de selección en los jóvenes de 18 a 25 años del Nivel Socioeconómico B y C, de Lima Metropolitana, que recién ingresan a la población económicamente activa, para elegir la institución bancaria en donde abrirán su primera cuenta sueldo. Las películas comestibles están adquiriendo gran importancia como alternativa de empaque de alimentos por su carácter biodegradable y flexible, conjuntamente con la ventaja del agregado de aditivos que pueden mejorar la calidad y vida útil de los mismos. En base a esto se elaboraron y estudiaron películas en base a la proteína aislada de suero de leche (WPI) y goma de Tara (GT) como aditivo, generando una alternativa de uso de los subproductos de la industria láctea de alto valor agregado y del aditivo GT de origen nacional ampliando su rango de aplicaciones. El objetivo de investigación es determinar la relación entre satisfacción sexual y bienestar psicológico en 193 estudiantes de un instituto superior de Lima (105 varones y 88 mujeres), entre 25 y 32 años, que tienen una relación de pareja y trabajan. Se aplicó, la Nueva Escala de Satisfacción Sexual (Stulhofer, Busko & Brouillard, 2010) y la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico para Adultos (Domínguez, 2014). Se encontró que, a mayor satisfacción sexual, mayor bienestar psicológico, específicamente se halló que la satisfacción sexual en relación con la pareja correlacionó de forma positiva y significativa con dos de las tres dimensiones de bienestar psicológico (autonomía y vínculos sociales) y las dimensiones de satisfacción sexual respecto a la parte individual y al acto sexual correlacionaron positiva y significativamente sólo con vínculos sociales (bienestar psicol...
