El presente trabajo aborda la problemática de la educación inclusiva con estudiantes con Necesidades Educativas Especiales en la Institución Educativa Bernardo Tambohuacso del distrito de Pisac, Provincia de Calca, Departamento del Cusco, donde se tiene 6 estudiantes con Discapacidades y docentes, quienes imparten sus actividades educativas en diferentes áreas curriculares, Realizamos una revisión de los documentos referentes a los estudiantes con inclusión educativa con Necesidades Educativas Especiales, para tener una mejor comprensión de la problemática que atraviesan los agentes educativos, y podemos darnos cuenta del problema, y poder brindar nuestro apoyo psicopedagógico con sugerencia para la utilización de estrategias metodológicas para brindar y ofrecer un mejor servicio a los estudiantes de inclusión con Necesidades Educativas Especiales.

This article reflects on the contradictions of the caósmica valoration of globalization in the educational systems intoned and seen from the decolonial philosophy. Being the research, of bibliographic documentary type and theoretical-conceptual review, based on the interpretation that gives the qualitative methodological orientation. In that vein, the results reveal the focus of the civilizing resistance on the education of emerging underworlds, based on the approach to the importance of critical humanizing teaching, focusing on the reality of students with canons responding to educational prognosis, but that generate rational and efficient contradictions against those that manage globalization. Se presentan los resultados del proceso de investigación cuantitativo, cuyo objetivo fue analizar la articulación entre pedagogía y las Relaciones Humanas (RH) en el contexto de autonomía, ambiente, comunicación y comodidad al momento del desarrollo de los temas propuestos. Participaron 70 estudiantes seleccionados mediante un muestreo intencional basado en criterios, desde el primer semestre del Instituto Superior Pedagógico (ISP) Horacio Zevallos Gámez de Cusco, en el cual los datos fueron traspasados y analizados con el programa estadístico SPSS. En conclusión, los problemas existentes conducen a apostar por pedagogías alternas para mejorar las RH entre los que enseñan y aprenden, ya que, se evidencia signos de incomodidad, molestia y apatía de los interlocutores.

The results of the quantitative research process, whose objective was to analyze the articulation between pedagogy and human relations (HR) in the context of autonomy, environment, communication and comfort at the time of the development of the proposed themes, are presented. 70 students selected by means of an intentional sampling based on criteria, from the first semester of the Horacio Zevallos Gámez Higher Pedagogical Institute (HPI) of Cusco, in which the data were transferred and analyzed with the SPSS statistical program, participated. In conclusion, the existing problems lead to betting on alternative pedagogies to improve HR among those who teach and learn, as there are signs of discomfort, inconvenience and apathy of the interlocutors.
