El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad determinar la influencia del reciclaje de residuos sólidos en la gestión ambiental de la municipalidad distrital de Víctor Larco Herrera, 2021; dicho estudio se basó en los métodos del diseño no experimental de tipo correlacional descriptivo, para ello se contó con 371 jefes de familia como tamaño de muestra para la aplicación de los instrumentos durante la recolección de información. Los datos obtenidos fueron procesados a través del software de estadística para ciencias sociales SPSS V23. Así mismo los resultados encontrados se muestran en tablas y figuras estadísticas de forma orde-nada y detallada. This study explores the literature that evaluates how artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) can affect the optimization of sales processes, using a scientometric and bibliometric approach. Through keyword co-occurrence analysis in the scientific literature, the main trends and patterns in AI and ML research applied to sales were identified. VOSviewer software was used to map the relationships between key terms and visualize the predominant focus areas in the field. The results reveal that the adoption of AI and ML technologies is highly correlated with improvements in the efficiency of sales processes, highlighting the growing importance of these technologies in the development of business strategies. This article reports on the evolution of scientific production in indexed journals regarding managerial skills from a strategic perspective of micro and small enterprises (MSEs). The methodology employed was a bibliometric analysis with document analysis techniques of articles published in the Scopus, Web of Science, and Taylor & Francis databases. Search filters with the keywords “Management competencies” and the target population (micro and small enterprises) were applied for the selection of research. For this purpose, bibliometric measures were evaluated that assess authors' productivity based on the number of documents consulted and included, as well as by years, countries, and keywords. The study on business competitiveness in the 21st century reviews and synthesises the academic literature to identify trends, challenges and opportunities in a complex global context. Using a descriptive and analytical methodology based on the PRISMA guidelines, 2281 articles were evaluated, of which 50 were included in the review. The research identifies key challenges, such as technological challenges and supply chain management, as well as underlying factors, such as economic slowdown, inflation and poor education systems, which particularly affect Latin America, where low productivity and lack of infrastructure limit international performance.
