La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer la relación entre Acoso Escolar y Ansiedad Estado-Rasgo en estudiantes de una Institución Educativa del distrito de 26 de octubre, 2019. Esta investigación se categoriza como un estudio de tipo descriptivo – correlacional, bajo un diseño de investigación no experimental – transversal. Para efectos de la misma, y a través de un muestreo de tipo probabilístico aleatorio simple, se estableció una muestra representativa conformada por 189 estudiantes, a quienes se les aplicó los instrumentos psicométricos seleccionados, para medir el Acoso Escolar, se empleó el Autotest de Cisneros de acoso escolar del autor Iñaki Piñuel, mientras que para medir la Ansiedad Estado – Rasgo se utilizó el State – Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children, STAI del autor Charles Spielberg. This article reports on the evolution of scientific production in indexed journals regarding managerial skills from a strategic perspective of micro and small enterprises (MSEs). The methodology employed was a bibliometric analysis with document analysis techniques of articles published in the Scopus, Web of Science, and Taylor & Francis databases. Search filters with the keywords “Management competencies” and the target population (micro and small enterprises) were applied for the selection of research. For this purpose, bibliometric measures were evaluated that assess authors' productivity based on the number of documents consulted and included, as well as by years, countries, and keywords. The study on business competitiveness in the 21st century reviews and synthesises the academic literature to identify trends, challenges and opportunities in a complex global context. Using a descriptive and analytical methodology based on the PRISMA guidelines, 2281 articles were evaluated, of which 50 were included in the review. The research identifies key challenges, such as technological challenges and supply chain management, as well as underlying factors, such as economic slowdown, inflation and poor education systems, which particularly affect Latin America, where low productivity and lack of infrastructure limit international performance.
