El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “Calidad de servicio como factor de gestión de proyectos electrificación de alumbrado público, caso: urbanización residencial Santa María – Comas 2018”, tuvo como objetivo realizar la investigación del alumbrado público en la Urbanización residencial Santa María – Comas, con fines de identificar las deficiencias en el sistema de iluminación. La variable independiente fue la gestión de proyecto de electrificación y la variable dependiente calidad del servicio. El método de investigación es de tipo descriptivo correlacional, transversal. La población de estudio estuvo conformada 120 usuarios del servicio eléctrico en la urbanización residencial Santa María – Comas. La muestra se obtuvo por fórmula y lo conformaron 92 usuarios. THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO MEASURE THE LEVEL OF AIR POLLUTION IN THE DISTRICT OF VENTANILLA AND MI PERU, IN PERU. THE CONCENTRATIONS OF SUSPENDED PARTICLES RANGE FROM 2.5 G TO 10 G, ALSO KNOWN AS PM10, AND THE CONCENTRATIONS OF SUSPENDED PARTICLES LESS THAN 2.5 G, ALSO KNOWN AS PM2.5. THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS RESEARCH ARTICLE IS A SIMULATION TO MEASURE THE MAGNITUDE OF ELECTRIC FIELDS, RESISTIVE LOSSES AND THE CORONA EFFECT, THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SET OF NUMERICAL FORMULATIONS IN COMSOL AND A MATHEMATICAL MODEL IN MATLAB, GENERATED AROUND A TRANSMISSION LINE 500KV HVDC. CURRENTLY, THE ISSUE OF SOLID WASTE IS CONSIDERED ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS FACING HUMANITY SINCE LACK OF HYGIENE LEADS TO SERIOUS DISEASES THAT CAN LEAD TO DEATH. FOR THIS REASON, THIS PROJECT IS PROPOSED THAT PRIORITIZES PEOPLE'S HEALTH BY NOT GENERATING DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE GARBAGE DUMP AND PREVENTS THE DISPERSION OF GARBAGE WITH A PRESSING SYSTEM THAT, IN ADDITION TO HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT, IMPROVES THE LOGISTICS OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY WHICH IS THE STUDY SITE OF THIS PROJECT.
