El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “Gestión Estratégica del Sistema Eléctrico y la Cultura de Ahorro de Energía en el Complejo Comercial UNICACHI, Comas 2021”, tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de la gestión estratégica del sistema eléctrico en la cultura de ahorro de energía en el complejo comercial UNICACHI, con fines de identificar las deficiencias que generan un alto pago por consumo de energía eléctrica. La variable independiente es la gestión estratégica del sistema eléctrico y la variable dependiente la cultura de ahorro de energía. THE PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH WAS TO DESIGN A VITAL SIGNS ALERT AND MONITORING SYSTEM WITH VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE THAT IMPROVES CARE FOR OLDER ADULTS WITH VISUAL DISABILITIES. THE METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY ENCOMPASSED THE APPLIED TYPE OF METHOD WITH AN EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH DESIGN AND A QUANTITATIVE APPROACH. THE POPULATION STUDIED IS IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROVINCE OF CALLAO AND WAS CARRIED OUT ON 10 OLDER ADULTS WITH VISUAL DISABILITIES. THE INFORMATION FROM THE INSTRUMENTS FOR DATA COLLECTION WAS COMPILED, AMONG THE POSITIVE RESULTS OBTAINED WE PRESENT THE RESPONSE OF 10 OLDER ADULTS WITH VISUAL DISABILITIES, WHO VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATED IN A TEST OF THE USE OF THE PROTOTYPE OF THE VITAL SIGNS MONITORING SYSTEM WITH VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE. THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS RESEARCH ARTICLE IS A SIMULATION TO MEASURE THE MAGNITUDE OF ELECTRIC FIELDS, RESISTIVE LOSSES AND THE CORONA EFFECT, THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SET OF NUMERICAL FORMULATIONS IN COMSOL AND A MATHEMATICAL MODEL IN MATLAB, GENERATED AROUND A TRANSMISSION LINE 500KV HVDC. TO CARRY OUT THIS SIMULATION, THE COMSOL SOFTWARE WAS FIRST USED JOINTLY, WHICH CONSIDERED THE TYPES OF CONDUCTORS, TENSION LEVEL, SOME BEAM GEOMETRIES AND A 2D MODEL OF THE TOWER AS A TRANSMISSION LINE; AND SECONDLY, THE MATLAB SOFTWARE, WHERE COMMANDS WERE USED THAT ARE ORGANIZED INTO GROUPS OF BOTH INPUT AND OUTPUT CODES ACCOMPANIED BY THE MAIN FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE GENERATION OF SAID LOSSES.
