The objective of this study was to establish the relationship between the methodology of university education and the application of innovative teaching criteria that are given in the Faculty of Administrative and Accounting Sciences of the Peruvian University Los Andes. For this, a quantitative research and correlational-descriptive design was proposed. The research method used was the hypothetical-deductive. The study population consisted of the students of the Faculty: a total of 3795 students enrolled in the 2019-I academic year. Using a finite probabilistic sampling, the sample was determined, consisting of 150 students. The results show that there is a significant relationship between the university teaching methodology variable and the teaching innovation criteria variable (rs = 0.732, p <0.05) at a medium positive level.   DOI: https://doi.org/10.31876/sl.v4i1.47

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación y el desarrollo de habilidades blandas en estudiantes de una universidad privada de Trujillo. El estudio se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de tipo básica y nivel correlacional. La muestra fue censal constituida por 114 estudiantes de una universidad privada de Trujillo, Perú, de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial. El objetivo de este estudio fue establecer el nivel de percepción del clima laboral en colaboradores de una institución pública peruana. Para ello, se desarrolló con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de tipo básica y nivel descriptivo. La población fue de tipo censal de 88 colaboradores de una institución del sector de la educación referido a la gestión educativa, ubicada en la ciudad de Lima, la técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario tipo escala de Likert de cinco alternativas de respuestas.
