Studies of queísmo and dequeísmo record evidence of these forms in higher education contexts; that is, in environments where it is assumed that the use of the standard language predominates. For this purpose, the application of the following methods is taken into account: the survey, the sociolinguistic interview and the Matched-Guise test, in order to obtain the frequency of use of the preterite, to know the linguistic competence and attitudes with respect to the preterite in indicative mood by the students of the UNMSM. Venezuelan migration in Peru has increased in recent years, with this there has been a controversy, around the judgments issued towards Venezuelan migrants, who are compared to Peruvian women, due to what they physically project. The objective of the article is to analyze the ideological discourses that are built on the representation of beauty towards Venezuelan and Peruvian women in Peru. Methodologically, the reactions, issued by the YouTube website, on videos alluding to Venezuelan and Peruvian women made in Peruvian territory are collected. This research is qualitative and addresses conceptions about the female body, racism and social prejudice. El primer número de la publicación, de la revista Lengua y Sociedad, que comprende el periodo de enero-junio (2021), abarca un total de 16 artículos de investigación. Estos abordan el estudio de las lenguas originarias como el quechua, el aimara, el shipibo y el español andino; tópicos relacionados con la evolución del lenguaje, la enseñanza de una segunda lengua, las redes sociales y la prensa peruana; así como también con lineamientos teóricos de la lingüística cognitiva, el análisis discursivo y la pragmática.

El primer número de la publicación, de la revista Lengua y Sociedad, que comprende el periodo de enero-junio de 2020, abarca un total de 8 artículos de investigación. Estos desarrollan enfoques relacionados con la Antropología, la Psicolingüística y la gramática descriptiva en las lenguas originarias como en el mapuzungun, el quechua y el castellano andino. Asimismo, adoptan una perspectiva diacrónica y sincrónica en relación con el estudio de los fenómenos lingüísticos.

ABSTRACTIn this article, from the perspective of William Labov’s variationist sociolinguistics, we describe the influence of the social variables of gender, age and career in alternation with the uses of the perfect simple and pluperfect verb tenses in indicative mode in students of the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences (FLCH) of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). For this purpose, we elaborated a questionnaire that is applied to know the frequency of use of these verb tenses in the students and thus, through the use of the sociolinguistic form, we analysed the influence of the social variables.

This article reveals the level of irony in certain manifestations that the mothers of Lima North possess in their spontaneous speech. For this, a questionnaire was made with eleven questions, which contain common information in communication between mothers and offspring; these are grouped according to common features and the most plausible pragmatic theories are applied to the analysis of the data. Likewise, a generalization of the data obtained is sought, based on the theories applied. It is concluded that the levels of irony practiced (consciously and unconsciously) by mothers are changing and will depend on the type of question they have been asked, because in some cases they do not use this resource. Also, rhetorical phrases and figures that accompany the figurative sense of ironic statements are considered.
