El segundo número del volumen veinte de Lengua y Sociedad, el cual comprende el periodo de julio-diciembre del 2021, presenta diecinueve artículos de investigación. Los campos de estudio que se abordan están relacionados con la sintaxis, la lógica del lenguaje, la semántica, la morfología, la fonética, el análisis discursivo, las ideologías y la educación intercultural bilingüe. Además, destaca que algunos de estos estudios son aplicados a lenguas originarias del Perú, como el quechua, el ashéninka, el asháninka, el resígaro y el awajún, y a una lengua extranjera, el japonés.

El presente estudio tiene como propósito describir los términos y usos culturales de las plantas medicinales del pueblo yanesha desde un enfoque de la lingüística cultural. Para ello, se selecciona un corpus donde están incluidas las voces léxicas de las plantas medicinales del pueblo yanesha, su descripción y sus principales usos (técnicas de preparación, aplicaciones, etc.); en pocas palabras, la presente investigación pretende relacionar la medicina tradicional, la cultura y la lengua del pueblo yanesha.

Venezuelan migration in Latin America is considered the most important migratory phenomenon in recent years and Peru has not been unaffected by this phenomenon. The Venezuelan community in Peru is often the victim of xenophobic and racist processes for reasons linked to informality and the use of public spaces. Basado en los lineamientos teóricos de la Psicología Discursiva (Wetherell y Potter, 1996; Potter y Wiggins, 2007), se propone por objetivo analizar los repertorios interpretativos, configurados por medio de recursos lingüísticos, que construyen los discursos de rechazo hacia el comerciante informal en el Perú durante el aislamiento social obligatorio 2020. Para ello, se han seleccionado 70 textos periodísticos que informaron sobre las acciones vinculadas con el comerciante informal en el periodo en cuestión. This article describes the linguistic attitudes shown by Spanish speakers from Lima -students at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM)- with respect to the past in indicative mood. For this purpose, the application of the following methods is taken into account: the survey, the sociolinguistic interview and the Matched-Guise test, in order to obtain the frequency of use of the preterite, to know the linguistic competence and attitudes with respect to the preterite in indicative mood by the students of the UNMSM. La educación bilingüe intercultural en el Perú no es igual. Las situaciones de aprendizaje y enseñanza de las lenguas indígenas son diferentes, así como la aplicación del concepto de la interculturalidad. Las lenguas originarias pueden encontrarse en estado de primera o de segunda lengua. Culturalmente, no se valora la diversidad cultural. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar dos situaciones de EBI en el Perú. Para ello, se revisa las realidades del shipibo y del asháninka. Metodológicamente, se describen y comparan los contextos educativos. El trabajo concluye con priorizar la enseñanza y aprendizaje según las prioridades de cada situación sociolingüística.
