Objective: To explain the factors that determine the financial structure of small industrialists in the province of Tarma, Junín (Peru). Methods. The approach was quantitative, basic type, explanatory-retrospective level and non-experimental design. The instrument used was developed for the purpose of the research, whose dimensions were: "size", "asset structure", "resource generation capacity" and "years of operation". The sample consisted of 13 industrial SMEs in the province of Tarma. The sampling was non-probabilistic-intentional. Results. The dimensions "size", "level of assets" and "capacity to generate resources", with a coefficient of multiple determination (R2) of 0.852 and a p-value of 0.00001 indicate a strong influence on the financial structure. Objective. To determine the relationship between mental workload and emotional exhaustion in collaborators of financial institutions in the Junín region. Methods. The approach was quantitative, basic type, correlational level and non-experimental design. The sampling was non-probabilistic and intentional and the sample consisted of 170 collaborators from 7 financial institutions in the Junín region. The instrument used was the mental workload questionnaire by Gladys González et al. (2009), whose dimensions were: cognitive demands and task complexity, health consequences, task characteristics, time organization and work rhythm. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, high levels of professional burnout were generated associated with low levels of performance and, therefore, productivity in various business sectors. The objective of the study was to measure the relationship between professional burnout and job performance in employees of microfinance entities in the Junin region. La experiencia del empleado y la productividad laboral son esenciales para empresas que pretenden destacar de manera competitiva en el mercado. El objetivo de la investigación fue medir la relación entre la experiencia del empleado y productividad laboral en establecimientos del sector restaurantes en contexto de Covid-19. La investigación tuvo enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico-observacional, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental-corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 184 colaboradores del sector restaurantes de la provincia de Tarma, a los que se les aplicó dos cuestionarios con coeficiente de validez de contenido (CVC) por criterio de expertos de 0.90 y alpha de Cronbach de 0.78 y 0.88 respectivamente.
