Objective: To explain the factors that determine the financial structure of small industrialists in the province of Tarma, Junín (Peru). Methods. The approach was quantitative, basic type, explanatory-retrospective level and non-experimental design. The instrument used was developed for the purpose of the research, whose dimensions were: "size", "asset structure", "resource generation capacity" and "years of operation". The sample consisted of 13 industrial SMEs in the province of Tarma. The sampling was non-probabilistic-intentional. Results. The dimensions "size", "level of assets" and "capacity to generate resources", with a coefficient of multiple determination (R2) of 0.852 and a p-value of 0.00001 indicate a strong influence on the financial structure. Objective. To determine the relationship between mental workload and emotional exhaustion in collaborators of financial institutions in the Junín region. Methods. The approach was quantitative, basic type, correlational level and non-experimental design. The sampling was non-probabilistic and intentional and the sample consisted of 170 collaborators from 7 financial institutions in the Junín region. The instrument used was the mental workload questionnaire by Gladys González et al. (2009), whose dimensions were: cognitive demands and task complexity, health consequences, task characteristics, time organization and work rhythm. Objective. Describe the incidence of psychosocial factors in public sector employees in the province of Tarma. Methods. The type of investigation was basic; descriptive level, descriptive-simple design; The instrument used was the questionnaire on psychosocial factors by Pando et al.
