The aim of this study was the use of starter concentrate and litter fences in lactating guinea pigs until weaning (15 days). The treatments were: TI, Conventional concentrate (CC) and without litter fence; Control; TII, CC + litter fence; TIII, CC + start concentrate + litter fence. En este trabajo de investigación se determinó el contenido de vitamina C, taninos condensados y capacidad antioxidante de la carambola, después del tratamiento térmico. La carambola fue sometida a diferentes formas de pre cocción: En forma de rodajas pre cocidas en agua caliente, pre cocida, licuada en agua caliente y colocada en recipientes abiertos sin adicionar agua o en recipientes de vidrio color ámbar y sellados herméticamente. Cada forma de pre cocción fue tratada con diferentes temperaturas y tiempos de pre cocción: 60 °C por 10 minutos, 80 °C por 5 minutos y 95 °C por 5 minutos, respectivamente. En esta investigación se determinó el contenido de vitamina C, taninos condensados y la capacidad antioxidante de la carambola después de un prensado. El proceso de prensado fue manual y mecánico, lo cual permitió obtener dos componentes: El jugo y la torta (bagazo) de carambola. Se ha encontrado que después de los prensados (prensado manual y mecánico) la torta tuvo mayor capacidad antioxidante y mayor concentración de taninos condensados. Después del prensado mecánico, la torta tuvo mayor capacidad antioxidante (30,12 uMoleq-Trolox/g) que el jugo (3,54 uMoleq-Trolox/g) y también que la torta contuvo mayor cantidad de taninos (4.994,48 mg catequina/100 g de peso fresco) que el jugo (196,34 mg catequina/100 g de peso fresco). This study investigated lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) transfer in three dairy farming areas in the Mantaro river headwaters in the central Peruvian Andes and at varying distances from the mining complex at La Oroya. At each of these sites, the transfer of trace metals from the soil to raw milk was estimated, and a hazard assessment for lead and cadmium was carried out in scenarios of minimum, average, and maximum milk consumption in a Peruvian population aged 2–85. Pb and Cd were quantified by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Significantly, the concentrations of lead and cadmium were found to exceed the maximum limits recommended by the World Health Organization, with a positive geospatial trend correlated with the distance from mining activity. The objective of this research was to analyze the philosophical foundations of educational policy, between the years 2011 to 2020. The methodology used was a systematic review of a documentary, critical-creative and hermeneutical type, for which different sources of information were reviewed that allowed an analysis regarding the available data on educational policy from the governments of former President Ollanta Humala (2011 - 2016), Pedro Pablo Kuczynski (2016 - 2018) to Martin Vizcarra (2018 - 2020). It is concluded that the philosophical foundations used in governments from 2011 to 2020 are focused on the development of the human being as a whole. As the foundations of this study are essential pillars for the development of educational policy in any country, they are also tools that governments have to get involved in the production and distribution of knowledge in a society.
