Objetivo: Determinar la incidencia de las actividades empresariales en la liquidez en tiempos de COVID-19. Método: Fue aplicada, de diseño no experimental transversal, explicativo –causal, siendo de enfoque cualitativo, el Gerente general y 5 colaboradores constituyeron la muestra, los mismos que están dedicados a brindar reportes referentes a las actividades empresariales (compras, ventas, gastos y formulación de estados financieros 2019-2020). Resultados: Las ventas evidenciaron una tendencia baja, debido a que en el año 2018 las ventas sumaban un monto de S/.143,890.00, para el 2019 S/.151,084.50, sin embargo, para el 2020 bajó a S/.97,417.85, donde el 70% se prestaron a crédito por un monto de S/.67,705.40, en tanto las deudas con proveedores se incrementaron a diferencia de periodos anteriores. Este estudio analizó la relación de la violencia de género, la educación inclusiva y el empoderamiento con la participación política de las mujeres en la provincia de San Martín. La investigación utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal, considerando una población de 96,310 mujeres, de la cual se extrajo una muestra representativa de 383 participantes. Los métodos empleados incluyeron correlaciones de Spearman y regresión lineal múltiple para evaluar las interacciones entre las variables. Los resultados revelaron que un significativo 50.65% de las encuestadas reportó altos niveles de violencia de género, mientras que el 51.70% percibió un bajo nivel de educación inclusiva, y el 74% manifestó un nivel medio de empoderamiento. Academic behavior currently represents an important variable to be addressed, it is greatly linked to the family environment; however, when the interaction is inadequate it can trigger reactive behaviors. The present study aimed to analyze the scientific literature in relation to reactive academic behavior in adolescents because of family violence. A literature review was carried out in five databases Scopus (392), PubMed (462), SciELO (5), Redalyc (2788) and Web of Science (118) with a total of 3765 articles, of which 18 documents were systematized that met the selection criteria established by the PRISMA model. The results showed that 22.2% of the articles came from Brazil, 16.7% from the United States, 11.1% from China, Mexico and Turkey, and 5.6% from countries such as Canada, Spain, Peru, Sweden and Thailand. The study aimed to explore the psychometric properties of research competency scales published in the scientific literature in seven databases: Scopus, Web Of Science, ERIC, Embase, EBSCO, PubMed and SciELO between 2014 and June 2023. Thirteen papers were systematized, where 11 scales were found that measured content validity using indexes such as the S-CVI, Aiken's V and item-test correlations. Similarly, the results of the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) presented adequate fit indices such as CFI, GFI, TLI, SRMR and RMSEA, which validated the factor structure. Reliability was mostly evaluated through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, yielding high and consistent values.
