El informe tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la gestión de representación política y el desarrollo sostenible en la Región de San Martín, 2023. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general Evaluar los procesos de cobranza y determinar su incidencia en la morosidad de la empresa Digital San Martin S.A.C. de Tarapoto. Según la estructura metodológica, presenta un tipo de investigación aplicada, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal y correlacional. La recolección de datos, se ha realizada a través de un análisis descriptivo, con la aplicación de instrumentos como la entrevista y guía de análisis documental, dirigidos a la evaluación del proceso de cobranza durante el año 2020, siendo la muestra poblacional. Academic behavior currently represents an important variable to be addressed, it is greatly linked to the family environment; however, when the interaction is inadequate it can trigger reactive behaviors. The present study aimed to analyze the scientific literature in relation to reactive academic behavior in adolescents because of family violence. A literature review was carried out in five databases Scopus (392), PubMed (462), SciELO (5), Redalyc (2788) and Web of Science (118) with a total of 3765 articles, of which 18 documents were systematized that met the selection criteria established by the PRISMA model. The results showed that 22.2% of the articles came from Brazil, 16.7% from the United States, 11.1% from China, Mexico and Turkey, and 5.6% from countries such as Canada, Spain, Peru, Sweden and Thailand. The study aimed to explore the psychometric properties of research competency scales published in the scientific literature in seven databases: Scopus, Web Of Science, ERIC, Embase, EBSCO, PubMed and SciELO between 2014 and June 2023. Thirteen papers were systematized, where 11 scales were found that measured content validity using indexes such as the S-CVI, Aiken's V and item-test correlations. Similarly, the results of the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) presented adequate fit indices such as CFI, GFI, TLI, SRMR and RMSEA, which validated the factor structure. Reliability was mostly evaluated through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, yielding high and consistent values.
