El propósito de este trabajo académico fue determinar la relación que existe entre la percepción que tienen los estudiantes sobre la metacognición institucional y la convivencia escolar en una IE Secundaria de la ciudad de Cajamarca durante el año 2024. Es una investigación básica, de enfoque cuantitativo y alcance correlacional. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 148 estudiantes del VII ciclo de EBR. La técnica de recolección de datos empleada es la encuesta y el instrumento, el cuestionario con escala Likert de tres niveles. A los sujetos se les administró presencialmente ambos cuestionarios, previamente validados mediante Juicio de expertos y aplicando el Alfa de Cronbach, dando como resultado una confiabilidad aceptable para ambos instrumentos. La investigación está centrada en la elaboración de un plan de acción, con el objetivo de fortalecer el liderazgo pedagógico en un centro de idiomas de la ciudad de Lima. Metodológicamente, tiene un enfoque cualitativo y es de tipo aplicada educacional, en la cual se empleó el muestreo no probabilístico conformado por tres directivos, treinta docentes y treinta estudiantes. This article examines the main characteristics of the proposal on interculturality developed by an indigenous Amazonian organization of Peru for the training of indigenous youth as nurse technicians in intercultural health. It shows how the Interethnic Association for the Development of the Peruvian Jungle (Aidesep) appropriates the concept of interculturality, reconfigures and reconstructs it.
