The objective of the study is to demonstrate the influence of the model-based psychoeducational cerebral neocórtex as informational social-psychological system that improve the level of personality adjustment and interpersonal values in UNHEVAL university students.Methods: An experimental study, non-probability sampling with two groups of 25 students, were used inventory of personality fit and reliability of r = 0.96, the questionnaire test retest reliability interpersonal values vary between 0.71 and 0.86 Kuder-Richardson  adapted to Peruvian scales. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo Identificar el nivel de conocimiento y las actitudes de los docentes de primaria frente a las dificultades escolares de los alumnos en las Instituciones Educativas Públicas de Huánuco; precisado esto se establecen las diferencias comparativas entre las instituciones en las variables designadas. El estudio se realizó con el objetivo de evaluar el nivel de  conocimiento y actitud de los alumnos sobre uso del internet en temas de salud sexual y reproductiva CEPREVAL- Huánuco, 2011 .Para el estudio se tuvo en cuenta la investigación descriptivo analítico -  prospectivo - longitudinal, con un diseño descriptivo correlacional se trabajo con una muestra de 309 alumnos divididos en cinco áreas para la recolección de datos se utilizaron como instrumento un cuestionario y una escala de Likert. Para tal efecto, las conclusiones fueron: Un 52.8% de alumnos presentaron deficiente conocimientos sobre el uso de internet en   los temas de salud sexual y reproductiva a diferencia del 56.3% que presentaron  actitud positiva a dichos temas. The purpose of the study was to determine the type of character and mindset facing the problematic situation in students UNHEVAL 2014. The methodology used was the analytical, transversal and prospective; the sample was 112 students; the instruments used were: Primer test the mindset and characterological Berger questionnaire. The results indicated that students with emotional character and mindsets have Ch¡2 valué of 183.98 p 0.219; students active character and mindsets have Chi2 156.68 p valué of 0.76, and students of secondary character and mindsets have Chi2 p valué of 0.827 152 573. In conclusión, mental and schemes charactertypes have no inuence on coping with problems.
